Arup is seeking a Payroll Manager - Americas (UK Based / 1 Year FTC) to lead payroll operations across the US and Canada and to drive the global payroll transformation to CloudPay.
This role oversees payroll delivery, collaborates with CloudPay and global teams, defines future-state processes, drives workshops, and ensures milestones are met while developing the Americas payroll team.
You will work with global stakeholders to maintain compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting across regions.
