Overview

Join the global Marketing, Communications and Business Development (MCBD) team to support Arup’s Environment, Climate & Sustainability (ECS) Services.

The Marketing Coordinator will help raise the profile of our sustainability expertise, strengthen client engagement, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across global markets, supporting Arup’s reputation as a thought leader in sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns aligned to global business priorities.
  • Create engaging content for websites, social media, thought leadership pieces, client materials and industry publications.
  • Support speaking opportunities, awards submissions, email marketing and external profile‑raising initiatives.
  • Coordinate global marketing programmes and collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions.
  • Identify new opportunities to strengthen Arup’s presence with key clients and target markets.
  • Ideal Candidate Overview

Passion for sustainability combined with marketing experience, ideally in a professional services, engineering, technical or B2B environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns, content creation and digital marketing activities. Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Sustainability, Environment or a related discipline is desirable, along with relevant professional qualifications.
