Our North Advisory Services team is expanding and seeking to grow our Programme and Project Management (PPM) capabilities. We deliver high-quality, sustainable results on time and within budget through planning, execution and collaboration across buildings, estates and large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver programme and project management for complex building projects across various sectors, covering design, procurement and construction stages.
  • Collaborate with advisory and consulting disciplines, including bidding and work-winning activities, and apply cross-functional services to projects.
  • Demonstrate strong project planning, project controls, commercial management or contract administration with robust Primavera P6 skills.
  • Provide team leadership and management to deliver high-quality, on-time, within-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant discipline and membership of a professional body such as APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA or CIOB.
  • Experience in advisory and consulting disciplines, including bidding and work-winning activities.
  • Experience in Project Planning, Projects Controls, Commercial Management or Contract Administration with strong P6 skills.
  • Demonstrated team leadership/management experience.
