The Finance Business Services PMO supports a global change program across Finance Business Services which in turn supports the wider Global Finance strategy. The role is critical in working with the Group Head of Finance Programmes in delivering as part of an experienced specialist team, those projects that support the wider Finance Business Services team in delivering global change programmes.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled project delivery lead to manage the successful execution of defined finance system and process projects across our global finance community. You will be responsible for aligning project stakeholders and business owners with deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination across internal and external project resources and overseeing all dependencies that may impact outcomes.
You will establish and maintain structured frameworks for project planning, governance, quality reviews, and risk management, proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to meet key milestones. Building strong working relationships with business process owners and other stakeholders will be central to your role, as will facilitating workshops, reviews, and collaborative meetings to identify requirements and explore new, effective ways of working.
You will ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project performance against budgets within the established governance structure, while overseeing documentation such as Project Briefs, Execution Plans, and key logs and registers. This role includes leading post-project reviews, handovers to BAU teams, and capturing lessons learnt to inform future initiatives. Proficiency in using project management tools—such as MS Project, risk and variance analysis, and scheduling methodologies—is essential for maintaining clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
