The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 £ per year.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end testing for Arup’s Finance Strategic Transformation Programme, focusing on Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM. You’ll shape the testing strategy, coordinate across Finance, Technology, Change, Data and Delivery teams, and drive readiness for go-live. You’ll partner with stakeholders and partners to ensure quality, traceability and governance. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the programme-wide testing strategy for Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM
- Lead testing phases: SIT, UAT, regression, cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness
- Coordinate planning, environments, data, resources, and execution across workstreams
- Oversee defect management, triage, resolution, and reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional/technical teams, and partners to ensure coverage and readiness
- Provide reporting, quality metrics, and evidence-based recommendations for governance decisions
- Establish testing controls, documentation, and governance for quality, traceability and auditability
Key requirements
- Proven experience leading testing within large-scale Finance transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of ERP/EPM testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, integrations, data migration, security, controls, go-live readiness)
- Experience developing test strategies, plans, defect management processes, and readiness reporting
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups across business and technology functions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and programme coordination skills
- Desirable: experience delivering testing for Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle EPM implementations
- Desirable: understanding of Finance processes (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Projects, Assets, Tax, Planning, Reporting)
