You will report to the Helpdesk Manager and supervise day-to-day Helpdesk operations, switchboard and event management, ensuring service delivery meets business needs and exceptional customer experience.
You will work closely with facilities vendors, undertake floor tours, maintain spaces, and provide training for new coordinators.
