The Opportunity: We are looking for Electrical Building Services Engineers at all levels to join our growing teams and contribute to a wide variety of exciting, technically challenging & cutting-edge projects across sectors including Rail, Science & Industry, Data Centres, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare.

You'll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle - from feasibility studies and detailed design to completion - working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality engineering solutions that make a tangible difference.
We would be interested in hearing from Building Services Engineers at all seniority levels who have experience in the following areas:
- Multi-disciplinary projects across a variety of sectors - collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative electrical systems across a variety of sectors, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and performance throughout each project lifecycle.
- Data Centres & Mission Critical Projects - designing and delivering robust, high-reliability electrical systems for technically complex projects, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure performance, compliance, and operational continuity.
- Decarbonisation Strategies - developing and implementing low-carbon electrical design solutions, contributing to decarbonisation strategies through system optimisation, energy-efficient technologies, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet sustainability and performance objectives.

Are these roles right for you? We are looking to speak to people who:
- Have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent. You will either be chartered, working towards chartership or be keen to work for a company who will support you through your chartership journey. (IET / CIBSE)
- Have a demonstrable background in the field of electrical building services design from first principles, including the design of HV, LV systems, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm systems, security & access control, renewable energy electrical design, and earthing across a diverse range of project types.
- Are proficient in BIM environments, particularly using Revit, and have experience with design software packages, including SKM/ETAP/Amtech (Trimble).
- Demonstrate strong Leadership & Strategic Leadership skills (Senior / Principal levels) to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and manage project teams; provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction and support business development, client engagement & innovation in sustainable and digital engineering.
- Have commercial awareness and experience in predicting, planning and managing resource requirements to achieve financial targets.
