We are seeking a Senior Construction Planner to join our team in London, supporting Arup design teams from various regions. The work will involve a widespread variety of infrastructure and building projects, covering various project stages from proof of concept to feasibility studies to completion of construction.
Requirements:
- Understanding of modern construction methods and constructability issues and logistics.
- Understanding of planning and scheduling approaches.
- Degree qualified in a related discipline.
- An interest in how the construction industry is evolving, especially where carbon footprint and environment is involved.
- An interest in using new technologies to improve communication of construction planning material e.g. 4D construction planning.
- The ability to develop relationships with other planners/schedulers within Arup, as well as designers and project managers in order to promote, develop and support the firm's construction planning capability and services.
