We’re looking for talented Electrical Engineers to join our growing team. Experience in Instrumentation and Controls is advantageous. Whether you’re an experienced leader ready to take on strategic responsibilities or a mid-level professional eager to develop, you’ll contribute to winning and delivering projects across the UK within the Energy, Water and Resources sectors.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, sustainable solutions, supporting project delivery to meet quality, timeline and budget expectations. The role offers exposure to a wide range of projects—renewable energy (wind, solar, hydro, and energy storage), water treatment and distribution, wastewater and industrial systems—where you’ll apply and expand your knowledge of electrical and control systems design, CDM regulations and relevant tools.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in electrical design, ideally within Energy, Water or Resources sectors
  • Ability to produce and interpret detailed design documentation and drawings
  • Experience with relevant design tools and software (e.g., Trimble and other industry-standard systems)
  • Understanding of Electrical and/or Control Systems engineering, with specialist knowledge in at least one area
  • For senior candidates: experience managing multidisciplinary projects and strong knowledge of CDM regulations
  • For mid-level candidates: enthusiasm to learn and develop technical and leadership skills
  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline; professional registration (IEng/CEng) or working towards it is desirable

Requirements:

Successful candidate must hold an eligible UK driving licence. Holding or being eligible to gain security clearance is advantageous.
