Overview
In this role you help drive organisational transformation and people-focused change within Arup’s North Advisory practice. You will diagnose challenges, translate insights into practical recommendations, and lead larger, complex workstreams for client engagements. You’ll design diagnostics and workshops, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to proposals and methodological development. Responsibilities
- Deliver larger/complex project components applying capability areas (e.g., organisational development, culture & change, leadership, team effectiveness)
- Design and deliver organisational diagnostics, workshops and outputs grounded in recognised theory
- Build and manage client and internal relationships to support delivery
- Contribute to proposal development, work winning and network building
- Deliver work within agreed scope, quality and commercial expectations
- Contribute to development of methodologies, tools and capability within the People & Organisation practice
Key requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Working towards relevant professional accreditation (e.g., CIPD, BPS)
- Track record in consulting or relevant in-house roles with experience in at least two People & Organisation capability areas
- Analytical capability, including use of recognised research and data analysis approaches
