The Technical Software Services team (TSS) is an integral part of Arup’s global Digital Technology Group (DTG). TSS is responsible for delivery and support of Information Technology across the firm, focusing on engineering design tools and platforms in Transport, Buildings, Water and Energy sectors. Working closely with global business leaders, skill leaders, and service managers across DTG and the wider BIM and Automation teams, TSS ensures seamless integration and performance of our technical software solutions.

Responsibilities
- As a Systems Analyst within the TSS team, specialising in BIM delivery, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Common Data Environment (CDE) Services, you will implement, support, and maintain the infrastructure and applications crucial for lifecycle management of project documents, models, and data. ISO 19650 is integral to project delivery.
- Maintain and manage our core AEC engineering application portfolios from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and Trimble, focusing on integration between disciplines and defined EDMS and CDE solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers across the business to define needs and requirements, while working as part of a global team of technology specialists delivering solutions.
- Innovate by working closely with vendors and technology providers to implement robust services that improve project delivery and align with business needs.
Qualifications
- Prior working experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
- Good understanding of the design, implementation, and operation of EDMS and CDE systems.
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to providing solutions that meet changing business requirements.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and other international industry standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and standards.
