Overview
As Fire Safety Director, you will lead Arup’s modular fire safety offering across UKIMEA and beyond, strengthening technical excellence and market presence.
You’ll guide senior multidisciplinary teams, shape strategy, and secure opportunities in modular, offsite and industrialised construction.
You’ll act as a trusted adviser to clients, regulators and industry bodies, delivering safe, sustainable and commercially successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead growth and development of the modular fire safety service offering in the region and globally
- Strengthen market presence through client relationships, thought leadership and project delivery
- Champion innovation in areas like modern methods of construction, modular delivery and building safety
- Provide technical leadership for complex fire safety challenges across projects
- Shape and implement business strategy for sustainable growth and resilience
- Build high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and develop talent

- Significant senior leadership experience in fire safety consultancy or related field
