Overview
In this role you will support a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes within a global delivery team, collaborating with Delivery Managers, Architects and Change teams to advance Arup’s transformation and five-year strategy. You’ll engage in requirements workshops, stakeholder analysis and value management while enabling continuous improvement and possibly acting as a product manager proxy. The role offers exposure to global projects, diverse cultures and development opportunities aligned with professional progression. You contribute to meaningful, socially useful work that reinforces Arup’s design excellence and impact on clients and communities.

Responsibilities
- Support delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes
- Participate in requirements workshops and stakeholder analysis
- Perform value management and opportunities to proxy as product manager
- Conduct testing analysis and engage in communities of practice
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with global delivery teams, project and portfolio management, and business change teams
- Articulate and demonstrate the value of business analysis to stakeholders
- Adapt to agile and iterative delivery in a user-centred design environment
Key requirements
- Experience delivering projects with strong sponsor and end-user outcomes
- Ability to articulate the value of business analysis to stakeholders
- Knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies with emphasis on agile and iterative value creation
- Proven track record in software product development, data, or automation projects
- Experience working with cloud-oriented, secure, global environments
- Experience collaborating with diverse, globally distributed teams
