Overview
In this 10–12 month internship, you contribute to real client projects within Arup’s Management Consulting practice, combining People & Organisation and Strategy & Insight. You’ll conduct research, analyse data, and prepare client deliverables, while learning from leaders and building your professional network. You’ll engage in workshops, site visits, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to address transformation and performance challenges. Responsibilities
- Conduct research, data analysis and insight generation to inform client recommendations
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather information and present findings
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables
- Work within multidisciplinary teams alongside consultants, engineers and planners
- Support business development activities, including market research and proposals
Key requirements
- Bachelor in a relevant academic discipline or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to undertake research and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and recommendations
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity and willingness to learn
- Interest in strategy development, organisational design, operating models, and change and transformation
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, data visualisation or similar tools (advantageous)
