The Opportunity
We are looking for Electrical Building Services Engineers at all levels to join our growing teams and contribute to a wide variety of exciting, technically challenging & cutting-edge projects across sectors including Rail, Science & Industry, Data Centres, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare. Whether you're at the beginning of your career or bring extensive experience, this is an opportunity to design and deliver sustainable, efficient, and innovative electrical systems that enhance the performance and safety of diverse environments. You'll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle - from feasibility studies and detailed design to completion - working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality engineering solutions that make a tangible difference.
We would be interested in hearing from Building Services Engineers at all seniority levels who have experience in the following areas:
- Multi-disciplinary projects across a variety of sectors - collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative electrical systems across a variety of sectors, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and performance throughout each project lifecycle.
- Data Centres & Mission Critical Projects - designing and delivering robust, high-reliability electrical systems for technically complex projects, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure performance, compliance, and operational continuity.
- Decarbonisation Strategies - developing and implementing low-carbon electrical design solutions, contributing to decarbonisation strategies through system optimisation, energy-efficient technologies, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet sustainability and performance objectives.

Are these roles right for you?
We are looking to speak to people who:
- Have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent. You will either be chartered, working towards chartership or be keen to work for a company who will support you through your chartership journey.
- Have a demonstrable background in the field of electrical building services design from first principles, including the design of HV, LV systems, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm systems, security & access control, renewable energy electrical design, and earthing across a diverse range of project types.
- Are proficient in BIM environments, particularly using Revit, and have experience with design software packages, including SKM/ETAP/Amtech (Trimble).
- Demonstrate strong Leadership & Strategic Leadership skills (Senior / Principal levels) to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and manage project teams; provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction and support business development, client engagement & innovation in sustainable and digital engineering.
- Have commercial awareness and experience in predicting, planning and managing resource requirements to achieve financial targets.
