We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Digital PMO, Data Engineering and Automation to support and lead the delivery of data‑enabled project and programme management solutions across major projects and programmes. This role sits at the intersection of Programme Management, Project Controls, Information Management, data engineering, dashboards, automation and AI‑enabled delivery. The successful candidate will help clients and project teams improve how project information is structured, connected, analysed and used to support better decisions. This is a hands‑on consulting and delivery leadership role. The focus is on turning project data from multiple sources including CDEs, schedules, cost systems, risk registers, action trackers, document registers and other project platforms into reliable dashboards, automated workflows, assurance outputs and digital PMO solutions.

In this role you’ll:

  • Lead data‑enabled Digital PMO delivery, data engineering and reporting workstreams.
  • Develop automation and AI‑enabled workflows.
  • Support Information Management and project data governance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Support bids, client engagement and service development.

We are seeking an individual with a background in project management, programme management, project controls, digital delivery, data analytics, Information Management or related advisory roles. Someone with the ability to understand project delivery challenges and translate them into practical data and digital solutions, in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, water, transport, buildings, healthcare, public sector or major programme environments. You will also have the following:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, data analytics, computer science, project controls, digital delivery or a related discipline.
  • Project and consulting experience, working with project managers, PMO teams, project controls, technical disciplines and client stakeholders.
  • Experience developing or supervising Power BI dashboards and the ability to define data structures, data quality rules and reporting logic.
  • Experience with Power Automate, low‑code tools, scripts, workflow automation or similar.
  • Awareness of AI‑enabled project delivery use cases, including document review, summarisation, action extraction and reporting.
