Our Bridge and Civil Structures team in the Midlands works on a wide range of infrastructure projects across transport sectors, collaborating closely with engineers, technicians and digital specialists across the Midlands & West regions. The Opportunity
We are seeking a BIM Designer to join our well-established Bridge and Civil Structures team in the Midlands. You will support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, contributing to design work from early concept through to construction. Working closely with engineers and multi-disciplinary teams, you will produce coordinated 3D models and high-quality 2D drawings, helping to deliver clear, accurate and compliant BIM outputs across a range of transport and infrastructure sectors. This role offers variety, technical challenge and the opportunity to further develop your digital, design and collaboration skills within a supportive and highly experienced team.

Is this role right for you?
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative BIM Designer with technical and digital skills, who enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary design team.
- You are detail-focused, proactive, and motivated to continue developing your technical and software capabilities.
- A technical foundation in civil engineering, with experience supporting bridge and civil structures projects.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, AECOsim, OpenBridge, Revit or Tekla.
- Experience producing and coordinating 3D models and high-quality 2D drawings in line with project standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management requirements, including experience running model audits.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, construction teams and design leads.
