Our Nature team within Environmental Consulting and Climate and Sustainability Services contributes to a multidisciplinary service and offers a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship. From your first day you’ll join an unrivalled community of experts, where you will be supported and mentored. You’ll help us deliver effective and professional services for a range of varied and high‑profile clients alongside your studies.

Our Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships allow you to study for industry‑recognised qualifications whilst earning a competitive salary. As an apprentice, you will study with a training provider – such as a university – and combine this experience with real responsibilities in the workplace. Your study pattern could be day or block release, or via distance learning, depending on the course you enrol in. A dedicated mentor will guide you through your personal and professional development. The scheme typically lasts 3–6 years, during which you will attain both a professional and academic qualification to further your career. You will be employed on a permanent basis so you can continue to progress with us once you complete your course.

We are looking for an apprentice to join our team of bright professionals in Ecology & Nature. As our Nature team consultants, you will develop nature‑related policy and guidance, optioneer and assess development and corporate impacts on nature (including ecology field surveys), design and implement creative and innovative solutions that lead to nature recovery and net‑zero, assess and audit natural capital and corporate nature‑related financial disclosures, support stakeholder engagement, gain regulatory approvals, and manage risk and control costs.

We are looking for apprentices who are curious and ready to evolve how they think and work.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with five or more GCSEs at grade 5 or above including Maths and English and a minimum of three A levels at grade C, an A level 3 apprenticeship, or other relevant qualification.
