Arup is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract to join our finance team in Newcastle.

You will support accurate, timely and compliant processing of supplier invoices and staff expenses, under the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

The role involves VAT compliance, weekly BACS payments, supplier statement reconciliation and journal postings.

Ideal candidates have prior Purchase Ledger/AP experience, strong data entry skills, and excellent communication.
