Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience Purpose of the role: We are seeking an experienced Design Integration Manager to oversee and coordinate design activities across a major infrastructure programme.
This role will ensure alignment between multiple design teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners, driving consistency and successful programme outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate design activities across consultants, stakeholders, and project teams.
Ensure consistency of design standards, assumptions, deliverables, and programme timelines.
Drive progress against key project milestones and planning submission requirements.
Identify and manage design risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate effective collaboration between engineering, design, and programme teams.
Oversee design delivery through to completion.
Support change management and environmental requests as required.
Requirements Previous experience in Design Management, Design Coordination, or a similar role.
Experience on large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or engineering projects.
Strong stakeholder management and consultant coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and align delivery to programme objectives.
