Role Responsibilities:
- Follow project guidelines with ease to log in, record and upload deliverables.
- Registers; Logs and Tracks TQs & RFIs using project processes.
- Maintain project specific guidance notes and records.
- Keep up to date with policy, procedure and seek advice with problems.
- Record and submit time spent on projects.
- Plan own workload.
- Access guidance on standards for collaboration.
- Identify issues and deal with them independently or escalate where appropriate.
- Attend and contribute to local Document Control team meetings.
- May attend project meetings.
- Tracking; reporting and chasing time sensitive deliverables.
- Support and provide cover for others in your discipline and location.
- Professionally communicate with relevant individuals as requested by the business.
- Identify processes within the role which could be improved.
- Obtain compliant drawing/document numbers.
- Verifying and quality checking documentation prior to issue.
- Uploading and downloading incoming and outgoing correspondence from multiple Extranet Sites.
- Experience in handling large scale document control submissions, working to tight milestone deadlines.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Able to work collaboratively across a remote team.
- Good knowledge of multiple extranet sites.
- Understand the basic principles behind workload planning and its relevance.
