On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Team Coordinator for a 6-month long contract based in London (hybrid working).
Purpose of the role: To provide proactive administrative and coordination support to teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, client work, and day-to-day operations. The role acts as a central point of contact, supporting collaboration, business development activities, and efficient team processes within a dynamic professional environment.
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative and coordination support across projects and team activities
- Prepare, format, and proofread professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and take accurate meeting minutes
- Support business development activities, including bids and proposal preparation
- Coordinate onboarding, team events, and general team administration while collaborating across departments
Skills you will need:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Collaborative and proactive approach with strong teamwork skills
