We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer for a 12 month contract based in Birmingham (hybrid).

Key accountabilities, skills & experience
Purpose of the role: We are looking to recruit experienced Civil Engineers to join our growing Midlands based Civils teams. From your first day, you'll join an unrivalled community of experts, where everyone is supported in their career path and encouraged to develop their skills and experience in new and exciting ways.
What you'll do:
- Managing multidisciplinary engineering projects, planning resources and monitoring commercial performance
- Leading the civil engineering design on projects. This includes preparation and review of technical deliverables including drawings, reports, specifications and presentations
- Producing bid documents and supporting general business development activities
- Contributing to a culture of technical excellence and the development of technical skills within the wider team through planning and delivery of initiatives and training
- Embracing our Culture, Equity and Inclusion strategy and vision, both through your own behaviour and influencing others
The skills you'll need:
- Masterplan/site development
- Sustainable drainage designs and modelling, flood risk management
- Earthworks assessments
- Highway, access road or external works design
- Utilities coordination
- Experience of working in an Energy environment would be an advantage
- Excellent digital skills
