Arup are soon to be seeking dynamic and imaginative Assistant Architects/Designers, holding post-Part 2 qualifications or equivalent, who are enthusiastic about contributing to pioneering global projects. We invite you to join our expanding Architectural Talent Network, in preparation for upcoming opportunities based at Arup\’s contemporary office in central London. You will join a vibrant, diverse, multidisciplinary office. Working directly with the Architecture Team, you will provide strong design support through all stages of project development in a range of \’Total Architecture\’, multidisciplinary projects. Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience We will require a portfolio to be submitted along with any application, along with a description of specific project contributions. Masters in architecture or equivalent. Minimum RIBA Part 2 or equivalent. Post Part 2 work experience for a recognised design organisation or client body Demonstrates design flair with both creative and analytical skills, 3d thinking and ability to draw by hand alongside knowledge of relevant design and visualisation software applications. Highly motivated, proactive with a passion for learning new skills in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment. Communicative, Curious, Collaborative, Conceptual Thinker, Collegiate with excellent planning and organization skills. Excellent Revit skills, able to document and model following client standards, and the ability to integrate workflows with visualisation software such as Lumion or Enscape. Demonstrable interest in sustainability and climate change resilience. Candidates with Transport Infrastructure or Sports Stadia designs are highly preferential.
