Based at all of our busy hospitals and branch clinics, this is a ‘roving’ receptionist role that will be based in all locations and will be compensated additionally for the travelling aspect.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service at all times, offering compassion, patience and dedication in a variety of situations.
- Collaborate with the clinical team as an essential link between customers and veterinarians.
- Manage reception activities and assist customers with their pets.
Requirements
- Experienced receptionist, ideally from a veterinary or clinical background, although not essential.
- High level of confidence and passion for working with customers and their beloved pets.
- Valid driving licence (required due to the nature of the role).
- Sufficient computer skills for daily tasks.
- Demonstrate values of humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication and teamwork.

Salary & Working Hours
£27,019.20 per annum based on 40 hours per week. The role usually requires 4‑day weeks, with 10‑hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week and a 1‑hour lunch break. Rota Requirement for everyone to join the weekend and bank holiday rota.
Location
The role is roving across all hospital and branch clinic locations, with additional compensation for travel.
