As front of house, our team are committed to delivering exemplary customer service at all times whilst offering compassion, patience and dedication in a variety of situations. About you
You’ll be an experienced receptionist, ideally from a veterinary or clinical background, although not essential, you will have a high level of confidence and passion to work with customers and their beloved pets. This role is primarily based at our busy Westergate branch. You may be required to cover at our local sites if necessary. A valid driving licence is required due to the lack of transport links in the area. Our receptionists must have sufficient computer skills. Most importantly, you’ll share and demonstrate our values – humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.

Rota
There is a set rota in place for this role, averaging a total of 33.5 hours per week. Every receptionist is required to join the weekend and bank holiday rota.
Salary
Starting on £12.74 per hour.
