As front of house, our team are committed to delivering exemplary customer service at all times whilst offering compassion, patience and dedication in a variety of situations. About you You’ll be an experienced receptionist, ideally from a veterinary or clinical background, although not essential, you will have a high level of confidence and passion to work with customers and their beloved pets. This role is based across all of our sites. A valid driving licence is required due to the lack of transport links in the area. Receptionists must have sufficient computer skills. Most importantly, you’ll share and demonstrate our values – humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.
Your benefits will include training; standard pension benefit; 40% staff discount for own pets; enhanced parental leave (6 months paid at 90%); enhanced sickness benefit (2 weeks at 100%); generous holiday (7 weeks, including bank holidays) and occupational health resources, including mental health support.
Rota There is a set rota in place for this role, averaging a total of 40 hours per week. Every receptionist is required to join the weekend and bank holiday rota. Starting on £12.65 per hour.
