Based at our Pulborough & Ashington Branch Clinics. You became a vet to change the lives of pets and their owners. We share that calling and provide support, work‑life balance and growth opportunities to help you thrive as part of a community that values collaboration, empathy and professionalism.
You will work collaboratively with our hospitals in Storrington and Chichester, night teams, South Downs Emergency Vets, and South Downs Veterinary Referrals to deliver exceptional, personalised care 24/7. Our warm, home‑like clinic design sets the tone for compassionate service.
About you
You will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with at least 4‑5 years of GP practical experience in the UK, capable of sole charge, routine procedures and dentistry. You are an all‑rounder, enthusiastic, passionate about skill development, and you share our values of humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication and teamwork.

Rota and Salary
4‑day week, 10‑hour shifts (various times between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm). Total 40 hours per week with a 1‑hour lunch break. Equal rota (1 in 6) for weekends and bank holidays, 2 days off in lieu of any weekend worked. £45,000 – £65,000+ per annum, depending on experience, certificates, and AP status.
