The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
Responsibilities include serving as the front‑of‑house team, providing exemplary customer service with compassion, patience, and dedication in a variety of situations. Act as a key collaborator between customers and the clinical team, ensuring smooth communication. Perform administrative tasks, manage appointments, and assist with clinic operations. Cover all clinic sites as required, including Ashington, Worthing, Pulborough, Westergate, Storrington, and Chichester. Work a rotating 4‑day shift schedule: 4 days a week Monday–Friday, 6‑hour shifts alternating between AM and PM each week, totaling 32.5 hours per week. Join the weekend and bank holiday rota as required.
Qualifications include experience as a receptionist, ideally with a veterinary or clinical background (not essential). A high level of confidence and a passion for working with customers and their beloved pets are essential. A valid driving licence and proficient computer skills are required. Demonstrated values of humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork are important.
