Salary: £28,250

Location: Rochford, Essex

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30

What will I be doing day to day?

  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external calls, responding calmly, professionally and with genuine care.
  • Carry out customer due diligence checks to ensure we meet Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, using database reports and accurate manual verification.
  • Spot and escalate potential concerns, discussing high-risk situations with senior colleagues and supporting appropriate next steps.
  • Support day-to-day administration and wider business needs to help the department run smoothly.
  • Investigate queries using available resources, propose practical solutions and follow through with clear updates.

What will I need?

  • A warm, patient communication style and a positive, helpful approach with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively and keep a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A logical, inquisitive mindset to establish facts and communicate clearly and appropriately.
