Salary: £35,000. Start Date: ASAP. Location: Medway City Estate with hybrid working (3 days office based, 2 days working from home). Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30. You must have a full driving licence and your own car.

The Role
This is not a traditional marketing role focused on brand, likes or social engagement. Your role will be to generate measurable business results through stronger lead generation, smarter spend, better conversion and improved local visibility. You will work closely with marketing, operations and digital teams to increase valuation opportunities, instructions and market share across our estate agency brands. You will be analytical, commercially aware and driven by performance.

About You
You may already work in performance marketing, digital marketing, paid media or lead generation. You'll ideally have experience in:
- Google Ads and Meta advertising
- Analytics and conversion tracking
- Website optimisation and A/B testing
- SEO and local visibility
- ROI reporting and performance analysis
- Using data to improve commercial outcomes
Property experience is helpful, but not essential. Most importantly, you are commercially minded, analytical and motivated by delivering measurable results.
