Location: Covering branches across Kent.
Work Pattern: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday: 08:30 start, Saturday: 09:00 start). Office‑based with travel across a wide geographical area, regular evening work, occasional weekends, and occasional working from home.

This is a brand‑new role designed to elevate the confidence and success of our Mortgage Advisors. You’ll guide new recruits through onboarding, support experienced advisors to reach new heights, and ensure our T&C framework is delivered to the highest standard – all while helping us continue to grow a high‑performing, customer‑focused Financial Services business.
As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll be a wise guide – building trusted relationships, offering insightful advice and helping customers make one of life’s most important decisions. The Role
- Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors.
- Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration.
- Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework.
- Support branch integration and help embed new recruits.
- Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions.
- Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance.
The Person
- Motivated by developing others and driving performance.
- CEMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong relationship‑building skills – you know how to connect with people.
- A solid work ethic, organised and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experienced in coaching, onboarding or performance management (Financial Services experience ideal).
- Confident working within a T&C framework.
- Full driving licence.
