Mortgage Matters - Wards of Kent

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £24,850 (On Target Earnings: £26,000)

Location: Medway

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, alternate shifts of 8:30am – 4:30pm and 9:00am – 5:00pm

We’re looking for someone to join our team and provide crucial support to our expert Mortgage Advisors. You’ll start as a trainee, receive full training, and be on your way to advancing within 6 months!

Arun Estates is the largest independent estate agency in the South-East of England. Our mortgage services, Mortgage Matters, is part of the Arun Estates network, which includes over 100 branches across well-known brands like Wards of Kent, Douglas Allen, Cubitt & West, and Pittis.

What will I be doing?

  • Keeping clients updated on the progress of their mortgage
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and managers
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, including data protection
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
