What will you do every day?

  • Review and audit sales files for compliance
  • Conduct customer care calls
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies in applications
  • Ensure all applications are compliant and up to date
  • Provide remote support to estate agency branch Mortgage Advisors
  • Identify trends and recommend related training needs
