The Package
- Basic Salary: £21,000 (additional guaranteed earnings for an initial training period)
- On Target Earnings: £30,000 (dependent on skills and experience)
- Work Pattern: Preferred core hours - Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30

So, what would I be doing day to day?
- Providing our customers with the best possible friendly, professional service.
- Producing top quality Photographs, Floorplans & Virtual Reality Tours to best showcase their homes.
- Producing Energy Performance Certificates (subject to experience/training).
So, what do I need?
- Sound knowledge and experience of Digital Photography (ideally within the commercial/property sector).
- A good knowledge of IT and preferably some experience in creating electronic Floorplans/Virtual Tours (although full training is provided).
- If you have DEA (domestic energy assessor) experience then all the better, if not full training will be provided.
- Oodles of positive energy, the desire to do a great job and provide that truly memorable experience.
- Ambition with self-motivation and ability to work well under pressure.
- A genuine desire to care for your customers and want what is best for them.
- A full driving license.
- Location is key to this position, so you need to live in or close proximity to Thanet.
Is there anything else I need to know?
The role offers home based working, a company car, and provision of all associated equipment. Your daily schedule of appointments will be centrally managed by our central booking team. If your skills are more DEA based, we would still welcome your application if you are looking to expand your skills or if you are a photographer interested in studying for the DEA qualification, this is also possible.
