The Package
- Basic Salary: £22,750 (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £31,150)
- Realistic Earnings: £34,000
- Car Allowance: £2,000
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- Essential: A full driving license and your own car

The Job
- Start your day with updates at the morning meeting
- Create a welcoming experience for customers, whether they’re renting or letting
- Present and negotiate offers, assisting in progressing and managing the process
- Identify new leads and generate business to boost performance
- Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book appointments for additional services (i.e. mortgages)
- Split time between the office and viewings, making each day exciting and varied
The Person
- A minimum of 1 years’ Lettings experience is essential
- Positive, driven, and ready to make things happen
- Eager to develop and learn something new every day
- Genuine care for customers and their journey
- Full driving license and your own car
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
