The Package
Basic Salary: £27,000 -£30,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Leatherhead
Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08.30 – 17.30
Work Pattern:2-week rota: Week 1: 4 days Mon + Saturday working supporting development launches, open days and show homes. Week 2: Monday to Friday

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll help buyers find their perfect home while building relationships with developers, purchasers, and colleagues across the Arun Estates network.
You’ll:
- Contact prospective purchasers from our extensive buyer database
- Book and conduct viewings on exciting new homes developments
- Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Guide customers through their buying journey
- Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues
- Visit developments to become an expert on each site and its properties
- Support development launches, open days and marketing events
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
