The Package

  • Salary: £42,500 and a performance bonus of £2,500
  • Car allowance: £4,000
  • Essential: A full driving licence
  • Location: branches across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire
  • Work Pattern: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday 08:30 start, Saturday 09:00 start). Office-based with travel across a wide geographical area, regular evening work, occasional weekends and occasional working from home.

The Role

  • Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors
  • Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration
  • Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework
  • Support branch integration and help embed new recruits
  • Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
  • Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions
  • Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance

The Person

  • Motivated by developing others and driving performance
  • CEMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong relationship‑building skills
  • Solid work ethic, organised and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Experienced in coaching, onboarding or performance management (Financial Services experience ideal)
  • Confident working within a T&C framework
  • Full driving licence
