The Package
- Basic Salary: £21,750 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
- Realistic Earnings (including commission): £26,000 - £31,000
- Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job
- Start your day with updates at the morning meeting
- Make customers feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their journey
- Assist in presenting and negotiating offers and help progress deals
- Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book additional services (i.e. mortgages)
- Identify leads and generate new business to boost performance
- Primarily office-based, but if you enjoy being out and about, viewings will be a great part of the job!
The Person
- A minimum of 6 months Lettings experience is essential
- Positive, driven, and ready to make things happen
- A thirst for self-development and a passion for learning
- Genuine care for customers and a strong work ethic
- Full driving license and your own car
