Overall Job Purpose: The Arun Wellbeing Programme has been commissioned to provide support to change lifestyle choices by providing advice and information, signposting and onward referral for people who live and/or work in the Arun District with a particular focus on those services that support behaviour change in people with increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease, diabetes type 2, strokes and preventable cancers.
This post will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the wider Wellbeing team, including processing, safe storage, uploading/disposal of data and collecting follow up feedback. The post will also be a first point of contact for information about wellbeing activities within the Arun District, they will refer or signpost callers to appropriate services. The post holder will work closely with other members of the Arun Wellbeing Team to provide administrative support for a range of services and activities which support health improvement.
