Overall Job Purpose: The successful post holder will be working as part of the Arun Revenues and Benefits team within The Resources Directorate, delivering a first class, professional service, using a range of communication methods, and technical skills to ensure that all customer contact and Revenues & Benefit transactions are completed and resolved to a high standard.
