Overall Job Purpose:

As a Non-Statutory Placement Officer (RSI) in our Homelessness Pathways and Partnerships Team, you’ll oversee our non-statutory accommodation—completing sign-ups, managing service charges, responding to breaches and disputes, and working closely with support workers and partner agencies to help residents sustain their placement and move on to longer-term housing. You’ll balance practical property and compliance duties (inspections, repairs coordination, health and safety) with person-centred support and advocacy for people with complex needs, helping remove barriers and create safer, more stable pathways for some of our most vulnerable residents.
