Overall Job Purpose
To deliver a responsive and customer-focused Housing Options service, providing initial advice and support to residents who are homeless or at risk of homelessness alongside supporting the allocation of accommodation via the housing register. Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies, the postholder will help ensure a high-quality, efficient service that achieves positive outcomes for customers and contributes to the wider objectives of the Housing Options Team.
