We\’re Hiring: Freelance / Consultant Building SurveyorsFlexible | Remote & Site-Based | Competitive RatesJoin Our Network – Help Shape Projects Across Greater London & the Home CountiesArun Associates is expanding, and we\’re looking to connect with experienced freelance or consultant Building Surveyors to support our growing client requirements for building surveying consultancy in both public and private residential sectors.We\’re a small, dynamic team with a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and friendly service — and we\’re looking for like-minded professionals to collaborate on a flexible, project-by-project basis.What We\’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years\’ relevant experience in residential building surveying.
• Ideally someone with Chartered Building Surveying status having at least three years post qualification experience.
• Solid background in building pathology, expert witness in housing disrepair matters, dealing with license for alterations, budget costing, specification writing and contract administration on residential projects.
• Having confidence to work independently and communicate with a variety of stakeholders – from homeowners, tenants, block managers, managing agents, architects and insurers.
• Well-organised, personable, and self-motivated.
