About the Role:

We seek a high-caliber, research-active academic to join the School of Computing and Information Science (CIS) at our Cambridge campus. The successful candidate will plan and teach topics related to Artificial Intelligence and its applications, as well as general computing. Responsibilities include preparing research funding bids, generating external income, engaging in knowledge transfer and consulting, supervising research students, and developing industry collaborations.

Specialist areas include, but are not limited to, Artificial Intelligence techniques and their applications to health, digital innovation, and various technological domains. A solid understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects in these areas is required.

Applicants should hold a PhD or be within 18 months of completion, have a strong background in computer science and AI, and demonstrate creativity, motivation, and enthusiasm. A record of academic achievements aligned with your career level is expected.
