We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing flooring contractor for a Junior Contracts Manager to join their professional and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who is interested in developing a career in construction and contracts management. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-paced commercial environment. The role will be based from the company’s office in Erith, with responsibility for projects across London and the South East.

The Role

As a Junior Contracts Manager, you will support the management and delivery of a portfolio of flooring and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, Site Managers, Surveyors, Supervisors, Fitters and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing key administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate project records, appointments and correspondence.
  • Prioritising workloads and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Producing and assisting with complex quotations.
