About the role:
The new School of Apprenticeships at ARU demonstrates a commitment to leading in apprenticeship delivery. The School works with faculties and professional services to ensure high-quality apprenticeships across Chelmsford, Cambridge, and Peterborough.
Study Coach:
We are seeking experienced skills coaches to support apprentices through their Degree Apprenticeship journey, helping them acquire necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours. You will liaise with apprentices, employers, and internal contacts to develop a student-focused service, conducting regular reviews to monitor progress and plan next steps.
Applicants should have a degree or relevant professional training in one of the Degree Apprenticeship fields. Experience in teaching, tutoring, or monitoring student progress in educational settings is also valuable. Candidates from healthcare, construction, engineering, or management backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.
