ARU is seeking a Residential Student Support Officer to provide out of hours safeguarding and pastoral support for the FE and HE residential community at Writtle.
You will respond to welfare concerns, lead 1:1 pastoral meetings, maintain safeguarding records and support compliance with National Minimum Standards.
The role requires independent judgement, emotional resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding young people living on campus.
