We are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to manage and support our team of Education Consultants. This role balances daily team supervision with hands‑on coaching to help the team meet their enrolment and conversion targets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and supporting a team of Education Consultants.
- Setting, monitoring, and reviewing individual and team targets for calls and applications.
- Coaching staff on call quality, applicant needs analysis, and conversion.
- Monitoring CRM pipelines, call notes, and data accuracy.
- Running regular team meetings, one‑to‑ones, and performance reviews.
- Partnering with Admissions and Marketing to keep the applicant journey smooth.
What we are looking for:
- Education: A University Degree is desirable for this role.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing or supervising a team, ideally within sales, recruitment, customer service, or a target‑driven environment.
- Industry Knowledge: 3 to 5 years of experience working in a target‑driven environment is desirable. Experience in higher education, further education, or admissions is a big plus.
- Key Skills: Strong coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to use data and CRM systems to track performance.
