This dynamic, cross‑departmental role offers the opportunity to work across both the Creative Learning and Marketing teams, providing a well‑rounded experience of the organisation’s artistic, educational, and audience development work.

  • Planning and delivery of Creative Learning programmes, including community classes, workshops and educational activity (dance experience essential for assisting classes).
  • Administrative coordination (e.g. travel and accommodation) and practical rehearsal and production support.
  • Front‑of‑house operations at JV H.O.M.E., ensuring a professional and welcoming audience experience.
  • Administrative and evaluative support, including collecting and organising data on programme delivery, engagement and outcomes.
  • Marketing and communications by documenting activity and assisting with content creation, reporting and promotional materials (e.g. social media, newsletters and case studies).
  • Any other duties as reasonably required by the Company.

The role will be based at JV H.O.M.E, Creative Enterprise Quarter, Javelin Way, Ashford TN 24 8 FN.
